Scott Lee is to date the only victim of Mark Towle's that has forced Towle through a Trial and defeated him.

Mark Towle sells replicas for $70,000 to $90,000 dollars each. He may not be able to sell Batmobiles anymore, but within the Web Site I built he was going to advertise, Custom Choppers, Black Beauties, Custom Cars, Herbie The Love Bugs, The Munster Koach, The Speed Racer Mach 5 and other large dollar items. Mark Towle claimed in testimony that his shop rate is $500 an hour yet his attorney told Scott Lee that he was going to file for bankruptcy when asking Scott to settle for $2,000 and a stripped Corvette chassis that likely came from a Junk Yard!

If Mark Towle wishes to fight it out in Bankruptcy Court when he has all that ability to make money and wants to vacate the $40,000 or so he owes Scott Lee, then his documents will be posted for all to see. Scott Lee will make the documents available as they arrive.

Rumor has been long stated that Mark Towle has a trust fund. How else could he have paid for so much litigation in three lawsuits for the past 6 years.

Scott Lee will feel much pride for forcing him to file bankruptcy if that is what he wishes to attempt. And the Mark Towle Circus rolls on....Whom are his known victims? We can mention by name just these five now but more will be added as people come forward.
