After being threatened so many times to be sued, Scott Lee was up front and honest with Mark Towle and Kory Geick what the consequences would be if they cheated Scott.

Kory Geick's responses were to laugh and tell Scott that he would quit any legal actions very quickly.

The Second Contract

Scott Lee was extended doing work past the 4 months required by the second Contract some 13 months past the deadline of the Contract.

The following is an actual copy of the original second Contract between Scott Lee and Mark Towle.

Scott Lee wrote the second contract very specifically to protect himself. It demanded a specific layout, a specific number of pages and left nothing to chance, so he thought. It mattered not. Though Scott had managed to get Mark Towle's approval of the first web site and his signature that the Batmobile Kit was owned fully by him, Mark Towle and Kory Geick continued to demand more work than agreed to, continued to attempt to enlarge the web site and threatened Scott Lee that if he didn't do the extra work as they demanded he would be sued, not get his replica, lose his money and be charged with a civil suit he could not afford nor defend from California. Listen to this!

Kory Geick and Mark Towle managed to get a highly advanced 56 pages designed instead of the 13 page revision Scott had agreed to. They managed to coerce a stand alone fully functional web site instead of the advanced page scrolling layout Mark Towle had pre-approved when signing the second contract. Mark Towle forced Scott Lee to start over 3 times after he had 9 pages built missing only their new text and images they wanted included. The contract's deadline was 4 months. Mark Towle failed to do any of the things required of him within those 4 months toward mounting Scott's kit on a corvette, he also refused to give Scott Lee the text, videos and new images to complete the web work. Mark Towle even went so far as to state that Kory Geick had writer's block. This so called writer's block went on for 15 months and all he had been assigned to do was write about 4 paragraphs of text to include in each of the 13 pages. Mark Towle didn't even bring Scott's corvette into his shop till some 3 or 4 months AFTER the deadline had expired on the contract. After 17 months Mark Towle had not even completed the 4 weeks of work he promised he'd do for Scott on the Corvette. Meanwhile, Mark Towle continued to use the work Scott Lee completed on his web servers from and after the first contract and had locked Scott Lee out of any ability to remove his work for non payment.

Scott finally refused to do anymore and sent them letters to give all their content or Scott was going to finalize the site and call it finished as an attorney had instructed him to do.

Scott demanded it finished where upon Mark Towle finally gave his text but left several sections incomplete stating he would have someone else later add that text. Then Mark Towle did the unthinkable, he quit the project, refusing the final review and had his attorney send a letter of coercion to Scott demanding $22,750 from Scott and trying to tie him into a 3rd agreement. If Scott wanted his mounted replica he had to pay Towle $22,750 and that was directly after he had the site finished and Mark Towle only needed to do a final review. Mark Towle also made many false accusations and threatened a Law Suit in writing against Scott Lee within that letter from his attorney. That was not exactly the kind of person Scott wanted to continue to deal with especially after he had trusted Mark Towle with years of his work up front, $8,000 and had nothing in hand to show for it after 5 years. Mark Towle had no appreciation for Scott nor the work he had done. All Mark cared about ever was how much he could bleed out of Scott Lee. with his threats and Bully act. A week later Scott Lee filed his own Lawsuit upon Mark Towle in West Virginia. A few months after that, Mark Towle filed a scathing frivolous Law Suit against Scott Lee filled with false accusations from California. Scott eventually defeated Mark Towle's lawsuit against him as well as successfully prosecuted Mark Towle with his cross complaint filed against him in California. Nine years after signing his first contract with Scott Lee. Mark Towle admitted in his pleadings that he hadn't even completed the 4 weeks of work he was contracted to do and had promised to do under the 2nd contract.

This site is necessary to warn everyone about how awful these guys are,... to warn the general public. At the time of this recording below, Mark Towle had blocked Scott from being paid, blocked Scott from completing the contract, blocked Scott from retrieving his Batmobile kit, and blocked Scott from retrieving his unpaid for work. At the same time, Mark Towle claims he paid Scott with a Batmobile Kit he had been holding hostage from Scott for years, delivered to his shop while refusing to stop assigning Scott Lee more and more additional work not required by either contract or GET SUED!!! Mark Towle had used Scott's work well and above any agreement for over 5 years and at this point, refused to pay him anything but a beat up beacon cage that was useless to Scott or anyone.

Keep in mind that Scott Lee is single parent with a young child to take care of when they coerced and they continued to damage him with no remorse, nor any sign of having any empathy for the immense theft of his time, skills and income they were taking away from his family with their heinous unfair selfish threats and games.

Mark Towle didn't own any of the Web Work built for him by Scott Lee, he had not paid for it and still hasn't. Mark Towle claims he delivered to Scott at his shop his Batmobile kit but later Scott found out in court pleadings that he had actually sold that Batmobile Kit out from under Scott to someone else without Scott's knowledge nor his permission.

Scott has still not been paid, nor does he have his replica. All of this is absolutely true and proven true within filed court documents and recordings. Mark Towle is a despicable, horrible human being and all of you need to be forewarned who and what Mark Towle and Kory Geick actually are to prevent anyone else getting caught up in their webs of deception and manipulation. Take a good listen to this!
